Celebrating pressed wildflower cookies! Following on from my post about nasturtiums growing wild in Spain, I started looking at all the ways they could be used in cooking and in herbal medicine. . Did you know you can use every part of the humble nasturtium.... a bit like the caper which also grows wild in Spain and thrives with neglect and drought.... I have jars and jars of caper berries which I've cured and preserved. . Anyway, here's my new favourite way to use your (edible) wildflowers, by pressing them until they are wafer thin to decorate biscuits or cookies! Sooooo pretty! Perfect for a boho spring wedding feast! [Debbie Skyrme, wedding blogger] .
