Okay so honestly Im not sure about Thea's family's apartment in a way that looking at their livelihood they wouldn't be able to afford it(?) sadly idk since I am not a single father of two with a cat who works as a nurse... Maybe their mom actually pays child support, oh but I guess they would get child support from the government bc Lily is technically adopted hmmm 🤔 Anyways,,,, otherwise it looks exactly how I pictured it in my head it looks definitely lived in.

It's still a smaller apartment but it's really nice really cozy. Thea has the bigest room since she needs space for her huge ass desk where she studies and works on her projects 24/7

Oh yeah and I think I forgot to mention that Thea has a cat named Kitty. She found him when she was 15 and took him home and to the vet to get a checkup since he was abandoned in an alleyway next to a dumpster. But everything turned out okay and Kitty is the sweetest cat ever

Wren lives on campus, that was the only way she was able to get the hell out of her parents house and she kinda loves it. Even though she doesn't like people her age she thinks her roommate is pretty tolerable (they will become besties, and the roommate does have a design just no name yet....)

The roommate is actually a major nerd she's really interested in internet horror, they love the SCP universe (probably contributed to it too) and has a YouTube channel where she talks about cryptids and creatures, and sometimes visits supposedly hounyed locations and Livestreams horror playthroughs

Id like to imagine that after Wren and her actually become friends she started including Wren in her videos and Livestreams.

But yeah all of them are major losers

Wachowski Family House Fan Layout (Sonic Movie Universe)

Hi 8'D I was writing a Sonic fic and couldn't keep the house layout straight in my head. So I hyperfixated for like 30-40 hours over the course of 3 days and recreated some semblance of the Wachowski family home based on screenshots and watching scenes on Youtube. Repeatedly. 8 |

And since maybe people don't want to do the same, I figured I'd share. X'D Please keep in mind this layout is NOT canon, and no one should use it to try and prove of disprove anything. It's just what I ended up with based on what I could find, and figure out despite the inconsistencies within the movies themselves.

Details all under the cut. And if you want to see the SketchUp model itself I think this link might work. I've never actually tried to share SketchUp models before.

Sorry these files are MASSIVE, but eh, I'm too lazy to break them down smaller at this point.

Exterior:

1st Floor:

This is the only floor I could find scenes for. So everything started from here, and is based on fitting in with this floor. Talking with my sister (aka complaining to her) I found out that the house was most likely renovated before Sonic lived there. That's why they have this random floating closet next to the entrance. It probably has to be there to support the structure after a bunch of the walls were knocked out to convert to a more open floorplan.

2nd Floor:

This floor is entirely made up by me 8'D Feel free to completely redesign it to fit your fancy. Everything is based on window placement, with the master bedroom being at the front because that's the biggest window.

Attic:

This was actually hard to place, because it could be argued that the attic is above the living room area. Especially since there's scenes that have a chimney column going through the attic. But I decided to put it above the kitchen based on that skylight window that Sonic is seen running into (that totally isn't round in that shot, but okay), and because the living room looks to have a high ceiling with nothing above it. Also I could not figure out how to get the attic stairs to work with the 1st to 2nd floor stairs also being on that side of the house.

This is the approximate floorplan of Zoey and Mira's apartment from my Kpop Demon Hunters kitty Rumi AU. The scale is definitely off in several ways, I drew this just using vibes so that I'd have a reference for myself but I figured some readers might also be interested in this? Idk. It is also definitely wildly inaccurate to houses you would find in Korea, sorry not sorry. Anyway. Here you go.

Layout Past the kitchen and dining area, the ground floor opens into a sunken living room— deep couches, warm lamplight, gallery walls. Swiss, Phantom, and Rain sleep down here, their rooms along the hallway. Across Rain's room the big bath, Rain's little grotto (also used by everyone else who might not have an on-suite.) Laundry room, coat/dirt room to garden exit (direct path to greenhouse). Two spiral stairs curve up to Mountain’s calm retreat, Aurora’s riot of stuff, the Cirrus & Cumulus' sanctuary, as well as the guest room, the piano space and the reading nook.

Floorplan of the manor house below. It features secret library entrance, witchy attic and vampire basement.

The basement level. It has half ordinary and half creepy.

Ground level. A large entrance, formal dining room, family dining room, kitchen, bathroom, promenade, formal living room and library office with secret entrance to staircase.

First floor. Staircase landing, game room, family living room and bathroom. Master bedroom with walk-in closet and bath.

Second floor and attic. with a guest bedroom and childrens room with attached playroom, 2 bathrooms. A secret room for the occult.

Now I just need to furnish this beast of a house😭
