The key to good cooking is good condiments. Agree? One of our favorite brands for Filipino condiments is @lorinsofficial (or Lorenzana - its brand name for its bagoong product line) which was established in 1908 as a cottage industry in Tagudin, Ilocos Sur. It has since then expanded, exported & introduced more products. Recently, we received a package of its Patis Puro, Patis Puro (Chili-Mansi), Coco Suka (Spicy-Sweet) & Bagoong Isda. Of course, we put it to the test by using it to cook today's Filipino-themed dinner.
