You have a hard time making connections and you never asked for this whole dateviator thing so you just end up half-assing it.
Sure you could've just given up the dateviators and going outside - that was the original plan, actually. But then Skylar started talking about being taken away by Valdivian drones, you notice how the thought of it upsets her and you're reminded of your time in the mirror.
You've got terrible relationships with all of the objects because of how flippant and prude you are. The objects don't like you, but at the same time they can't help but be curious - you've made it clear that you wanted nothing to do with them, but at the same time, you never gave up the dateviators or stopped awakening the objects in your house-
(You're haunted by the thought of what if there was someone who was in the situation you used to be in - trapped and without bodily autonomy, just a quiet existence nobody acknowledged. So you keep awakening every object you can find just in case.)
-Not to mention the fact you're quite literally blue, have a gemstone on your back, and act like it's your first day on Earth.
