When you're super sick and can't go to the gym 😩
Went to Europe for a week. Lost seven pounds while there. I'm actually disappointed by this. I'm losing my gains, and it's easier for me to build muscle when my weight is a little higher. Ugh. Big gym session tonight though. Two hours of volleyball + 90 minute full body strength training session.
