Le sigh. The posts for madatobi 2025 are coming around. I am looking forward to seeing what people come up with. But, I was immediately overcome by guilt about the 2024 prompt I did not post because I wrote it and then didn't like it.

Surely, I thought to myself, I can dust it off and do some editing. It was mostly the ending I did not like. What if I cut it off at a more suspenseful point? Except, now I cannot find it. This could all be avoided if I just wrote in one notebook rather than have half a dozen floating around. Hopefully it will pop up.

Lost Notebook [Closed Rp with totsuka-kyoudai]

It wasn't here. Yue frantically flipped his room upside down and even nearly tossing out Melissa in the process.The young teen spends the next 10 minutes running around the room whispering, “ Not here. Not here ugh Not here either!”. Melissa adjusts his house back and then points at the time,”Kutanagi, I don’t know what you’re looking for but you’re going to be late”. Following Melissa’s tiny arm pointing towards the clock, Yue let out a screech-took his bags and ran out, throwing a “thank you” behind him as he ran.

Later in the day, the atmosphere around Yue was dull and gloomy. He still couldn't find that one notebook of his. He sighs, pondering on asking the gods to help him. Walking down the hallway in a daze, Yue nearly tripped over a white rabbit. He catches himself before the meeting between his face and the floor happened. “Isn't that... Usamaro?” He bends down to pick up the rabbit.
