So he knew…well at least not the name of her species. “The crimson nectar that connects all mortals and animals.” she replied softly as if ashamed of it. The vampire still hated having to feed off of humans but at least there was bagged blood. “And what of you? What do the humans call you?” she asked.

He tilts his head at the softness of her reply. He ponders for a moment when asked what he is. Looking side to side, the demon tries to remember.He finally recalls his identity.“ A demon of the forest of the dead. They called me... Yue.” This was the first time in ages, that he had been slightly interested in something. He has not left the woods much before- nothing motivated him to after all.

Anubis shuffled but did take the others hand, letting him tug him up. “I like spicy food.” It was the best, sweets weren’t really his thing honestly they left an odd and slightly disgusting taste in his mouth. Some he could handle but they had to be the least sweet thing, not like double chocolate cake—honestly he probably disliked chocolate the most.

“Gotcha.” Yue replied as he tugged Anubis up. Spicy food wasn't Yue’s favorite, but it was something that he could definitely handle. “ hmm there probably isn't that many people at the food area right now, so it’ll be fine for you.” he begins to walk back out of the courtyard.

Anubis glanced over to the other at his question, hesitating with his answer. The god loved food, mainly spicy food, but saying yes was in a way agreeing to say yes to eating with him wasn’t it? They didn’t seem like a bad person though, it wouldn’t be… horrible and he would get free food. After a few more minutes Anubis nodded his head, giving in. Food was food.

Yue was glad that Anubis said yes. “ Alright! What kind of food do you like? “ He asks as he stood up and dusts off some grass.Turning his head to look at Anubis- Yue holds his hand out. “Oh! Though it’s only if you wish to go right now.” He sheepishly smiles.
