This past Saturday was the 5 week mark. I've #lost10lbs Eating #MoreVeggies and #MoreFruit and #LessMeat #lessprocessedfoods and #NoDairy makes such a huge difference. Trying to learn more about #vegan and #paleo ways of eating, and I've had this theory on #eatingseasonally that I want to look more into as well. #enjoyingthejourney #eatingbetter
