☀ ☁ ♨?
>> The salty af munday meme
☀ What’s your rp pet peeve?
>> More? Let’s see. It’s a really SILLY pet peeve to have, but honestly it really irks me when people can’t spell my character’s names right. I have an OC and despite me putting her name in the replies AND having her name spelled correctly all over my blog, it’s CONSTANTLY misspelled by certain people in replies. Once in awhile I can understand, but all the time really starts to get irritating and to me is a sign of disrespect.
☁ Have you ever forgiven a partner when you shouldn’t have?
>> Weeeeell, yeah. My wife has told me before I'm TOO forgiving. I don’t just give second chances, I give third and fourth and eighth-- depending on the severity. I’m a very understanding and forgiving person, and it’s burned me A LOT in the past.
♨ Have you ever made a public call out post?
>> NOPE. And I never will. MOST of the time call out posts are immature and wrong. There’s been only a handful of occasions I've seen where they legitimately are for the best. But so often people take things the wrong way and when call out posts were big things, then blast people for simple mistakes. I am NOT a fan of them and quite frankly, I've unfollowed and soft blocked people that have done them in the some fandoms.
“Watch where you’re going.” ( warriorteba )
Link gave a polite and apologetic tip of his head as he did a slight hop to the side, getting out of the Rito warrior’s way. He hadn’t meant to walk into him, but he’d been so busy appreciating the view and the beauty of the village that he hadn’t watched where he was going.
@warriorteba
@lostgerudo found the shop
Omen turned toward the counter to greet the customer, and once he saw who it was, he balked.
The patron was certainly intimidating... Omen didn’t know him by name, but he knew well enough that it was very rare to see a man of the desert, and by his clothing it was painfully obvious this man was high ranking.
With a nervous smile, the very small shopkeeper clasped his hands together. “W- Welcome.. sir. Would you like to.. look around?”
More Gerudo doodles. Drew them in the guard Gerudo outfit to try and set my brain on the right track, they were not amused. Tried to work more on hands and expressions after those poses. Close to feeling a solid final construction. Now, to finalize the shit they’re carrying and draw them with an actual quiver on and stuff. Woo. Progress.

Honey and Darling own a game shop near Anju’s family’s inn, and Kafei hates them.
No; hate is a strong word. He wouldn’t push them off a cliff, given an opportunity and guaranteed no consequences. He may put a lot of effort into cultivating a caustic front, and he may be adept enough at hatred, but at the end of the day he doesn’t really hate any people. If they were clinging to the edge of a cliff in front of him…sure, he’d help them up.
…..He hates that they’re his age and successful business owners when meanwhile he’s never had a job and has no marketable skills that he knows of.
He hates that they talk to other people by talking to each other in those insipid lovey dovey voices.
He especially hates that they are the picture perfect couple. Each of them fall perfectly and comfortably into their respective expected gender roles. And they are perfectly comfortable with any kind of intimacy you’d care to name (he knows because they have this fun habit of alluding to it, given the opportunity). …He hates that they have all of this going for them, effortlessly, when meanwhile he’s so broken and scrambling to fit in. He can’t be the strong, confident breadwinner husband type Anju’s mother was hoping and expecting her daughter would find. And he can’t…. bottom line, he and Anju have had to talk about a lot of ways he isn’t normal, and they had to make sure that was alright with her, so he wouldn’t end up ruining her life with his weirdness. And each time that sort of thing came up, a conversation about things about Kafei and who he is that he can’t help, he was sure to hastily tell her she had every right to back out, he didn’t want to put any pressure on her to keep someone like him around when she could be out finding someone better. He was ready to lose her, encourage her to leave if she wanted to, over things about himself that are part of who he is. When society was making up the list of what kinds of people you should aspire to be like, a lot of his traits ended up in the no-no pile. He can’t even attempt to have a relationship with another human without making sure they don’t mind it’s him who’s asking. ….And Honey and Darling just, ran into each other one day, and the chorus of angels started singing and never stopped, and that was that. …Those angels could shut the fuck up now and then; would be nice.
He also hates that when he was younger his mother kept trying to get him to be friends with Darling, as one of the few children not only his age but from “upstanding” families. Being friends with Darling, his parents all but said outright, might introduce a good influence; help him be more normal. …and then he went and sort of, failed them, by not making friends with Darling or anyone like him. He isn’t the kind of person who gravitates towards the kind of person Darling is. And Darling is the ideal kind of person to be.
Kafei doesn’t hate Honey and Darling, but what with everything he is, and everything they are, the universe seems to have sort of naturally positioned them as two sharp rocks smack in the middle of the swirling rapids of things he hates and does not know how to articulate. You can spend a long time grabbing at water, but rocks are easy. He doesn’t hate Honey and Darling. But when they start simpering at each other, the one holding the other’s rear end, he tends to leave the room at his earliest opportunity.
They don’t really ever seem to have noticed any of this.

Okay but lostgerudo is an AMAZING OoT Ganondorf. Rachel presents him with a layer of humanity he’s not often shown with, while keeping with his dark, misguided motivations. I also love the distinctions she makes between “Ganon” and “Ganondorf”, and all her headcanons for her muse. And Rachel’s writing is amazing to boot! Definitely one of my favorite Ganondorf blogs!
