So glad to finally have @sumocyco's new album in my possession! I partook in their @pledgemusic crowdfunding campaign back in 2015, donating money to help in the making of #OpusMar, and in return I received the album 2 weeks before the worldwide release, both in CD and in digital form (btw, the CD came autographed by all four members of the band). In addition to that, I also received the @skye.sweetnam pinup calendar, a calendar which proves that there are still reasons to smile in 2017. But, at the end of the day, the music is the most important thing, man. The whole point of this thing was to listen to Sumo Cyco's 2nd album, and, I gotta tell ya, from this old Cyco's point of view, it was definitely worth the wait! I gotta listen to it more to decide if I like it more or less than #LostInCycoCity, but I don't hate it, which is the important thing. "Passengers" has already won my heart after a couple of listens, and "The Broadcasters (Murdering By Radio)" is close behind. I'm hoping it won't be too long before I am listening to these songs live in concert here in Florida. 🤞🤞 Once again, I don't regret spending a cent on this whole thing.
