Lost in Memories

Found myself helpless.
The meaning of life itself has changed.
Why do the ones we love always leave?
And we’re left broken without them.
Why does the heart still long
to meet someone it knows will never return?
Those who leave become dreams
we can see them in our mind,
but we can never touch them again.
Some bonds of the heart never break…
But no one understands this.
All that remains now…
are memories.
