After facing an 8 mile hike, @ajenkin37, Buddy, and I️ gave up early, not thinking we could make it the whole way...2 weeks later, we came back and added an additional 3 miles after killing the trail in 4 hours. With Wes exploring Thailand this week it’s been nice to get some time to center myself as well after our fundraiser earlier this month. It is incredibly inspiring to see how my friend, Chris Williams, was able to finish third in the District 1Toastmasters humorous speech competition. Chris has been a Toastmaster for roughly six months and he is already bringing home trophies.
Ever since I met Chris he has pushed me to be the best version of myself and through his cool, calm and collected state of mind he has made me think about things in such a different positive way. Chris has made it so far in life by taking what comes at him good or bad and making it something positive. I am lucky to call him a friend and Lost My Mind is lucky to have his support!
