It is under the large oak tree, that the boy will come to find his quiet solitude. A rebel atheist he is, finding refuge beneath the shade of the leaves. Truly Peter does not wish for it to come to such terms as these, but a worser fate may lie in his destiny if he were caught. Such ideas that ramble his brain and cause him such distress and turmoil, will also bring that of enlightenment and joy. For the world was cast so dark and grey, hoarding the lives of his family and friends, and shielding them away from the truth. It could not hold him, not by all its strength in their metal chains and iron grip. No, the boy couldn't be controlled. Hidden and scribbled in a leather bound notebook would be all of the boy's thoughts, a revelation of the truth.

It is here in this spring meadow that Peter should feel such emotion coursing through his veins - the same ones that he was told to be controlled, to be forced under submission so that no one may know of the disgrace to his society that he was. Rapid fire thoughts will match that of his handwriting, continuing to scribble down all that he had read and learned in books. They spring through his mind, creating a fantasy world he had never imagined - one where children roamed free without the burden of a life he held. Teachings of latin and greek and memorization of useless scripts would do nothing to the mind but create a mindless machine. He supposed that's what they wanted after all - people to be controlled.

He finds himself smiling at his work, but not before the sound of grass beneath one's feet will catch his attention. To be caught? Why, he'd be sent to a reform school, no doubt. The ones crawling with that of criminals and perverts, who saw no meaning in true life. He must be careful about his wits, choosing to stop his writing there and close his notebook. The boy will rise to his feet, being cautious as to not make such obvious noise.

Eyes will peer from behind his tree at the stranger. A girl of all beings?! How could such a thing be? Yet the boy will not run for fear, like many of his companions did at the sight of the opposite gender. It is curiosity that will spring upon him, for they are not children anymore, but growing to be adults in this world. Steps will be taken to expose himself from behind the trunk of the tree.

hello, can you explain more about your idea for a Spring Awakening AU? I admittedly haven't seen/watched/heard of the play before, but it sounds like an interesting idea.

I would love to! I’m not sure how great I’ll be at explaining, but I’ll do my best. Also I’ll just leave this link, just in case my explanation totally butchers the musical.

Basically they live in this very controlled world, where boys and girls are forbidden to go to the same school. Everything is heavily based on religion, and doing what is morally right. It’s a harsh society where kids are even beaten if they give the wrong answer in class. 

The lead girl, Wendla, grows curious about where babies come from, now that she’s older, but her mother doesn’t like the idea that she should grow up so fast, so her mother lies, saying that if she loves her husband very much, they will conceive a child. This will ultimately lead to the downfall of sheltering your child, because the girl is so naive to what actually happens.

The lead boy, Melchior, happens to break society’s rules and learns about all the forbidden things, i.e. sex, rebellion, and notices how corrupt their society is. He is torn between childhood and adulthood. 

When they meet, Melchoir and Wendla share the same ideas that ultimately something is wrong and they explore their thoughts and ideas, and etc. 

Overall it’s very much full of angst and wanting to learning the truth about love and the need to able to feel something. 

There’s a lot more in the musical I haven’t touched on, but I hope this gives a bit more info.

• If you were a character from Hannah Montana who would you be?

I haven’t really watched too much Hannah Montana, but from the few episodes I have seen, I’d probably say Lily. I have the ability to fangirl too hard at times and that can end up making me look like such a doofus.

• If someone walked up to you and sang ‘Blurred Lines’ what would be your reaction?

I’d punch them them in the mouth, obviously! Just kidding. I just don’t like that song so I’d probably just ask them to stop.

• Weirdest reaction you’ve ever gotten from anyone?

Going back to the fact that I fangirl too hard, when I met Dante Basco at the anime convention, I was so starstruck and nervous that he looked at me with this mixture of confusion and concern like I might pass out.

Buster x Angel [ old account ] 

         Pretty much the first time I shipped something so hard. It’s based off the Lady and the Tramp sequel obviously. I literally can’t with them because their personalities make them clash in nearly every possible way, but they can’t stand to see the other person hurt. It’s ridiculous how protective they are over each other. Damn, now I’m sitting here missing old ships. Gah!

         Technically this wasn’t ever official, but if anything, they were a damn good brotp. She was probably the only person to make him come out of his shell, and he was one of the few people she actually confided in. I believe one time they kissed…

Alex x Abra

        Wow much cute. It’s an Alice in Wonderland based AU. I dig it a whole lot, except that Alex is a total shit in this verse and likes to piss people off as much as he can. Nothing really new here. I will say that it’s full of emotional turmoil.

         D’awwww. Probably the sweetest time you’ll ever find Alex in. They contrast each other nicely. Much sexual tension. 

Peter x Wendy [ funny things to the stars ]

       Sticky sweet. Although it kinda just happened from some first encounter angst we had, this ship hurts ridiculously much. I mean, you just can’t get any better than some great Darling Pan. Love love love love love this ship.

Michael x Madison

      It’s an old friends AU where they’ve drifted apart over the years. It’s one of the few verses where Michael feels so completely vulnerable because he’s always dreamed of a life with Madison. Obviously being a movie star and a witch hinders things. It’s all around great. 

Shollie

      Didn’t last, but it was one of those first love type of experiences. It was such great character development. There was lots of angst if I remember rightly.

         Eeeeeeek, I cannot find this mun anymore, but if someone knows of her whereabouts, I would love to know. It’s from this really old RPG a few years back. “He was a punk, she did ballet. What more can I say?” But really, it was a bad boy and good girl type of ship.

• Why did you choose to portray your muse?

 I had been debating on picking up Peter for a very long time, but since I had just started Alex DeLarge, I was unsure of whether or not Peter would get much attention. I had seen so many A+ quality Peter’s that I was really nervous. It wasn’t until someone approached me about doing an AU, that I finally did it.
