there was something odd about that— snack machine, she believed it was called. she had observed multiple people hitting it and receiving food, and so she decided to try her hand, except her strength left it crooked, glass cracked and a few of the snacks tumbling out, her somewhat horrified expression at it obvious as she glanced about for help or guidance in any way.
SOMETHING had dragged him in this direction, a tether rooted in curiosity and a vague flutter of light like a warm drop of sunshine on the tip of his tongue -- and he had followed without a second thought, his own wandering fairly aimless before the abrupt CRASH gave him direction. And what a SIGHT waited for him when he did, the laugh bubbling weightless on surprise when the crumpled ruin of what had once been a vending machine reached his gaze. His focus only lingered upon the mess a moment, however, before light hues rose to rest the goblin’s amused gaze upon the one seemingly RESPONSIBLE.
❝Well, that’s one way to get a bag of chips,❞ he voiced softly, laughter lacing his words.❝I can FIX it if you want, but probably best not to wait for any questioning eyes to get here.❞
