Headcanons for the Lady of the Green Kirtle because C.S. Lewis didn't do enough for her
She is Jadis's daughter.
Her name is Cadı! (it means witch in Turkish and I got it from a Reddit forum)
She was actually conceived in Charn and born in Narnia---yes, Jadis was newly pregnant during the Magician's Nephew!
She was described as having a gentler, more softer outward beauty than her mother. Jadis had a much more harsh, cold type of beauty, but was able to charm people (especially children: look at Edmund Pevensie!) when necessary.
She loved music and would spend hours playing her stringed instrument.
Jadis being the narcissist she is, conceived her to have a little mini me.
At some point, she rebelled against her mother, convincing many dwarves to join her cause through her beautiful music.
She was not as experienced as her mother however, and it was soon quelled. Jadis found that Cadı was the rebel leader and as punishment stripped her of her wand, disowned her, and banished her to Underland.
Technically is Jadis's heir but technically not, since Jadis really went "I have no son!" on her
