Hello, my friends! I'm starting a new thread! This time, create your elven oc, or just an elf, from LOTR or the Silmarillion, using this here lovely meiker by @findekane and tag your friends who have ocs! Or tag them if they like LOTR. (Keep in mind the meiker is in progress still, but I believe it deserves some love!)
