Legends of Tomorrow s2 ep 10 Legion of DOom
We start off by Mick calling everybody out, and Jax telling him off, whereas Ray more gently rebukes Mick.
Mick has an idea on how to get Rip back.
Ray looks at him like this. Such a gentle look.
Sara says Mick is right.
Ray and Nate both get defensive. Mick smiles.
Unsurprisingly, Mick is immediately cool with Stein having a daughter he kept secret.
I guess he’s kind of friends with Stein too. They have spent some time together. I’m happy they’re friends.
Well, that lasted long.
Meanwhile Ray and Stein’s daughter Lily are sciencing.
I love how happy Ray looks.
They celebrate with champagne. Mick is immediately jealous.
He’s just there, for no reason in particular except to awkwardly stop Ray from being alone with Lily.
Mick is honest to a fault, but not usually cruel, not like Rip can be, so this is definitely him being jealous of Ray.
The effect is immediate. When Lily reacts, Mick looks like he didn’t mean for her to get hurt and glances sideways.
Ray jumps in to make up for the situation. But Mick doesn’t seem happy about that.
Mick hits his head again. I asked my friend about it and I still don’t know what it is. He hits himself when he’s stressed, when he’s trying to come up with a word, or when he’s feeling something. Reading WebMD, apparently someone who has endured physical abuse and has substance abuse issues is likely to self-harm, such as hitting yourself in the head. Poor Mick.
The rest of the episode is basically Lily and Stein bonding vs Legion of Doom bonding. It’s good.
