Panchito pulls José into playfights a lot. The parrot’s, fortunately, one to enjoy this level of physicality, even if he does lose very often due to Panchito’s wrestling history (he’s gentle, don’t worry!), and he has a lot of fun getting all rough-n-tumble with his mate.

On the flip side of the coin, they’re both very soft and gentle towards each other in their quieter moments. José sings a little and traces shapes into Panchito’s wings and shoulder, Panchito scratches José’s head, and they’re so soft and end up falling asleep with each other a lOT

Dude how did Panchito react to José speaking Spanish to him for the first time? Also, he totally teaches Panchito Portuguese, or more, if he knows some? Either way, let them speak in the other’s native languages please!!!

José hates mornings. He doesn’t wanna wake up until he’s Ready. Panchito, on the other hand, will not have it, he screams, he strums on his guitar, he pokes him...he’s even literally dragged Joe out of the room.

José was the one who taught Panchito how to play different card games; Threesies, War, Speed, etc.

I can imagine they help each other out with homesickness in their own ways. They both just love their homes so much, and they hate seeing each other sad, bless them

There is José, reading from the Latin I textbook in the library at New Quackmore, when he hears Panchito call his name. As he turns to face the rooster, he finds himself receiving a good jab at the tip of his beak, making him shrug his shoulders in surprise. Without saying anything, the papagaio scoots a bit closer and puts his book down to waggle the tip of the rooster’s beak.
