In this foreign land, Cia was on guard. Currently, she was a distance outside of a city in a forest with little sunlight beaming through the leaves. She knew not what could be lurking nor the powers this world retained, but she knew something - or someone - was near. A sound behind the bushes caught her attention immediately, and she raised her staff, ready to strike at any moment. Her four followers pointed their blades toward the bush as well, but instead of a person, out came a mere fox that fled the moment it laid eyes on them.
How typical.
❝Mm...❞ The sorceress' gaze shifted around. It wasn't just that animal, someone was still here, and a slight scowl was etched on her features at this. ❝Find them.❞ The shadows of the Hero followed her orders without question, each moving to seek out the one near to them.
[Can I say I love your blog, and I'm really really glad I found it?]
((Oh goodness. Thank you so very much. I'm so extremely grateful, honoured and completely speechless. Thank you once more!))

Darkness hid his figure, as he warily eyed the palace gates. Was the coast clear? There was no telling... he definitely can't see a thing this late at night. He grimaced, as he anxiously gripped his sword. The mission he accepted was probably the worst decision he ever made. All of the money wasn't worth it if he had to infiltrate Louyang... wasn't it known for being heavily guarded? Hell, they're paying him to steal-- he wasn't raised to be a thief!
Guards gazed straight ahead, stationed strategically (or not) at the palace gates. He gulped. Was there any at the side of the building? He could only hope not. The mercenary wasn't known for being the most stealthy man in China, but... he could give it a shot. Inigo sucked in a nervous breath, and made sure to prepare his weapon in case the situation called for it. He carefully crept to the other side, his azure gaze uneasily tried to focus on his target-- the library. He had to recover some sort of document, but it looked like he would have to enter from the balcony on the second floor. It would be difficult, considering how dim it was at this hour. Not even a light came from the room that accompanied the balcony. A sigh of relief. He didn't like bed-intruding (well, he wasn't trying to do so), so he had to sneak by the inhabitant of the room quickly.
Inigo's attempts to at least find a reasonable grip on the extravagant wall somewhat succeeded, he found that he could do by trying to reach the balcony by navigating the rails until he finally managed to pull himself over the balcony. Mission completed-- well, a small part of it, at the very least. He prayed for that the door was unlocked (well, they could loosen the security if they already have guards... right?). Hesitantly, he pressed his hands on the door, only to be met with a bewildered, yet beautiful woman stare at him incredulously.
"..." He wished that he could abort the mission right now. He probably already got caught... there goes the rest of his life. "Hey there."
"Lady goodwitch... can you teach me how to dance like that?"

" Of course. Anyone is welcome in Dance 101 with Professor Goodwitch."

the sage wanders, he longs for absolute rest & yet he desires to see this world unknown to him. tales of hero, princess & evil disappearing as time passed. & yet the spirit remains as if to be the keeper of tales. to be the reminder of a time that should never be remembered. Corners of his lips curl into a smile, faint & subtle; his usual expression.
"...i wonder if they can see me.."

"Hiya! I don't think I've seen that pretty face before around these parts." Red smiled as he fiddled with a small needle in his hand. He hummed as he carefully studied the other, the smile never left his face. "I'm Red Link, but you can just call me Red. What's your name pretty bird?"
