INTJ vs an Extroverted Manager
Extroverted Manager: "I noticed that your team have the same personality and I find you guys very quiet"
INTJ: "Oke? Where do you want to go from there?"
Extroverted Manager: "What do you think if we add another person with a different personality"
INTJ: "Regardless what the personality is, we just have to agree on how we want to work together"
Extroverted Manager: "If we add someone louder, would that be beneficial?"
INTJ: "How can being louder beneficial?"
Extroverted Manager: "Lets rephrase, not loud, but assertive"
INTJ: "Since when loud can be rephrased with assertive?"
Since then, the extroverted manager is erased from the INTJ memory.
