📕Louis stared at the other, surprise evident on his face as their fingers carefully came to brush across their lips before their dark brown-reddish hues focused back on the other before them. He had drank a bit of blood recently in their tea, so their cheeks were a bit flushed as he carefully curled their fingers into their palm as he couldn't help the slight curve of his lips as he looked at them. The corners of their eyes crinkle slightly from the smile adorning their lips. "I see... Well, if it's any assistance... I certainly wouldn't mind doing it again myself..."
Honestly, Louis had been so nervous about initiating something like this. Especially considering... it had been because of a similar action that had gotten them run out of their previous town before having come to establish this one. It had taken time for him to having even gotten as close as they did with the other. But not for a moment did Louis regret it. In fact, it was nice to have company again as well as be able to actually talk to someone normally since most of the townsfolk always seemed to think Louis somehow better than them?
