short filmography - Lee Seung Gi
A handsome devil.
We are in a unique planetary time where none of the planets are in retrograde. This will be happening until Mercury goes retrograde on March 5th. The preshadow for Mercury Retrograde starts on February 19. This is a great time to focus on yourself and your goals. The energy should be a little more peaceful for individuals. It is a good time to start new projects, really focus on decisions that need to be made, begin a new relationship, break bad habits and focus on your journey. This will be a period of opportunity, peace and alignment.
Be sure to take some time to recognize the energy and make the energy work for you. This time is known as a manifestation portal - it is a gift from the universe.
The March Mercury retrograde will be in Pisces. It may be a bit of a rough retrograde. Now is the time to plan ahead. Get organized, set your intentions, work ahead, get your car worked on - whatever you need to do to make the retrograde easier - do it now.

love forecast (2015) dir. park jin-pyo “kim hyeon-woo tells me men are one of two things; you either push her against the wall or you be a gentleman till the end. what do you think?” […] just listen to your heart. do what you feel is right.”
So, I should rightly celebrate the fact that we have Seung-Gi back by watching this movie that was on my watching list for way too long.
Love Forecast is a romantic comedy. Kim Hyun-Woo and Kang Jon-Soo have been friends for the last eighteen years. The both of them have to deal with their failing love lives. Kang Jon-Soo gets too quickly involved with women and give his heart away to people who don’t deserve his attention and, inevitably, end up dumping him, while Kim Hyun-Woo is dating a married man. As they face their struggles together, Kang Jon-Soo long dated attraction from Kim Hyun-Woo resurfaces and cause her to question her own feelings for her nearly life-long friend.
As always, I tried to put the less spoilers it was possible in the review, but please stay careful as you read because some might have slip here and there.
As any romantic comedy, the story fits a mold. It’s quite usual and let’s say that there’s really little that isn’t predictable. But, it doesn’t mean that it’s a bad movie. I mean, it’s quite funny most of the time, even though the pace is a bit slow, so things take quite a long time before starting. Also, the romance between the leads is quite adorable and entertaining. What’s probably the most memorable about the plot is that, even if things slowly gear up, there’s nearly no unbearable lengths and it’s quite easy to watch. Also, the story stays pretty coherent and keeps its funny tone, so it’s quite entertaining to watch. Well, I’m saying it’s easy to watch, but I have to admit that I had a bit of difficult to watch the parts concerning the side romance. That story line, to me, appeared to be there only to add some drama into the story. So, in conclusion, why did I think about this movie? Well, even if it has nearly no plot twists, let’s say that the story isn’t great, but I absolutely loved watching this movie and was totally into it.
As in any movie, there isn’t much place allowed for the characters growth, so let’s quickly skip over that, since nothing good will came up from analyzing such thing. Even though the characters stay pretty much the same, I can’t deny that the relationship between the two characters undergo major change. Also, let’s say that their personality are quite typical. I mean, sure, there’s some nice reversed stereotypes, but that’s pretty much it. Hyun-Woo is a manly woman who knows what she wants and is sometimes a little bit too stubborn. Jon-Soo is the typical sweetheart that a second male lead should be. He’s a softie and dearly loves the female lead while staying quite sweet with her and never falling in either a nearly abusive relationship or a relationship based on lies. He’s just always there and is always making sure everything is going alright. In short, he would make any viewer who, often, have the second male lead syndrome fall in love with him. Them aside, there’s four other characters that are mildly important. First, there’s the second male lead. He’s the married man Hyun-Woo is originally dating. He’s unlikable and undeveloped, so there’s not much to say about him. The second female lead is similar to the second male lead. She has a really little role and is pretty useless in the story since she adds absolutely nothing. Then, there’s the couple who forms the side romance. They have a really cliché personality and seems just there to allow the mains to get together.
I’ll conclude here, sorry for the short (and possibly incoherent) review, I have a lot of things on my mind presently. The plot would be worth a 5/10 because it’s not that great, but not that bad. The characters would be a 2/5 simply because they are just there to make the story progresses, there’s no real thought in their creation, in my opinion. And, the tearjerker factor would be a 1/5 because the feels aren’t strong enough in this one.
