Living a creative lifestyle can be a tricky one to force. Anyone who craves it but struggles to make it flow knows about the walls to tear down, the emotional barriers you must break in order to feel like you’re available. Too bad too, because creativity can be so... healing. Honestly, I suppose most of us are struggling with pain, anxiety, or exhaustion which inhibit the creative process. I read somewhere productivity and creativity are two different brain patterns governed by our circadian rhythms.. meaning, you cannot be both at the same time 😵 (if you’re in the mood to tidy, you’re feeling productive.. if you’re wanting to look through insta or FB, you’re missing the prime time to create 😋) So.. although creativity really isn’t something you can pressure, perhaps we can follow the natural rhythms of the body for an opportunity of interesting possibilities. What I’m trying to say is, if you’re wanting to feel creative - set the mood... don’t forget the nature walks, candles, lavender, cbd oil, and rest. BTW this is a still from one of my videos on YT and I’m wearing my fav 1950s dress 🙊💕 • • #creativelifestyle #loveauthentically #liveauthentic #livethelittlethings #vintageclothing #vintagestyle #femaleartist #vintagegirl #1950sstyle https://www.instagram.com/p/ByYPh0XhCgC/?igshid=1di6rqnhw1040
