Addison Jones Photography

Addison Jones was born into a creative family in the heart of the Midwest. Her childhood homes, filled with art, mid century furniture and love, set in the midst of rural America, encouraged artistic behavior. Following the footsteps of her talented family, she explored her own creative instincts that have led her to her current profession. During her college experience (as a graphic design major in the elite Ohio State program) she interned with several renown photographers. Immediately afterwords, she joined the family business and was responsible for the photography of TheSwankyAbode.com. Her love towards people prompted her to set up her own studio and launched her career as a professional photographer. Addison’s style is characterized by the unique and striking moods she captures. Her open personality encourages natural behavior from her subjects and her imaginitive insight creates profound images. She consistently challenges her own creativity. She takes unobtrusive approach to capturing the moment through candid shots of shared moments. This wedding is for the books. I feel like this year for some reason was such a weird year. Most the wedding I shot have rained, then got sunny, then rained, then had epic sunsets. I'm not mad about it. My bride was such a badass that she didn't like the look of the room she was getting ready in and said "fuck it". We walked outside and she got ready in a field.
