How Positive Affirmations Can Change Your Life
It is fair to say that most individuals live life unaware of the fact that the results that they experience is actually a result of a combination of what they see which results from what we call positive & negative affirmations.
What we call affirmations will most often be introduced to mentees by any quality business and personal transformation coaching programme but it can be roughly defined as a phrase that we as humans repeat in our minds or vocalise out loud.
It is a sad fact that the terms that most people think or speak out tends to be more negative than positive and in fact goes on to serve to create outcomes in life that are not that which they actually desire.
Thinking in a negative manner culminates in causing people to live in what is in fact fear that when analysed is actually irrational which means that they do not take risks or try those new things that are necessary in order to go on to achieve their goals. This manner of thinking and living in fact prevents many people from going on to achieve great things because it stops them from experiencing the kind of life that they desire and see others achieving.
Considering negative thoughts more deeply, we can see that they cause the actions of the thinker to be in alignment with that which is in their minds - in this case for sure learning how to develop a mindset for success is something that should be strongly considered and acted upon.
Using another point of view - those who continually practice and act on their personal positive affirmations go on to constantly seek validation from results that they see in their lives.
