WHO LOVES TO JOURNAL???? I personally love journaling. I make it fun and exciting by not restricting what I write down or how frequently I do it. So you won’t see me doing it religiously every morning or night at a certain time. It could be every other day or even once a week when I have something on my mind or an idea, or a letter to baba God just like the way JENIFA does it, lol. I dream about specific things every now and then and they always come true half the time, so I started writing them down after a friend advised me to do so. It’s been a challenging couple months for me. I’ve been struggling to stay focused, I’ve literally had no zeal to get things done, specifically with work, studies, health and my spirituality.
