 And Jung Hae-in for your hero

Oh Park Min-young is my favourite after seeing her in both Secretary Kim and Her Private Life. She’s such a good actress. I sort of wanted to avoid her because she’s so obvious, but she could definitely see her as the heroine, though I wonder if she smiles too much! In both PL and SK she plays characters who are aiming to please. My heroine is more of a detached ice-queen in attitude. I wanted to go for Son Ye-jin after seeing her in Crash Landing on You and how she can do both the cool heiress and the less formal role when she’s in North Korea, but she’s a bit old for the role.

And actually, I’ve just remembered the existence of Kim Tae-ri who is perfect! I might go for Park Min-young as the rival-who-isn’t-a-rival as a lovely cameo for her.

Jung Hae-in is not an actor I know. But looking at pictures, I quite like for the brother actually, rather than the hero.

I’m glad you’re enjoying it. :D I’m getting excited for S2 as well, particularly now that I’m about to start watching the finale and all kinds of things have hit the fan.

As I said in a previous answer, it had been on my list for a while, loveforallthingsclassic, but I guess the closeness to the date of S2 was what made me go forth with it at last.

I’m enjoying it a great deal and if I didn’t have to wake up early, I think I would have watched the 3 episodes I still haven’t.

I like the later seasons because the cases of the week start to reflect larger power issues in the firm, which I find more fascinating

It had a lot of backstabbing, but I thought that the ones set with the stand-off between Jessica and Daniel Hardman were more interesting than the ‘case of the week’ because of what you mention. From what I read, the last episodes of S2 will probably focus even more on that with the merger and all that.

I caught the premiere of Suits S3 by accident on...

I just started rewatching it!!! It’s so good and I love all the powerful women who don’t take crap from anyone. Plus they look awesome doing it.

I find the cases very run-of-the-mill (and I haven’t even watched that many lawyer shows) so the characters were the first thing that caught me and they are definitely my favourite part of the whole thing.

And you are right, loveforallthingsclassic ,because those ladies are fierce in so many senses. Donna may be my favourite though - I was like 10 minutes into the 1st episode and I was already seeing why people on my dash loved her so.
