6 months into the year… normally by this time of year I’m running regularly, back down to a 30-32” pant, around 176lbs and doing long bike rides and not stuffing myself for the most part.
- I haven’t been to the gym to lift more than 5 times I think.
- I’m still 185lbs and a 34” waist.
- I haven’t been climbing even in weeks because of my finger injury and won’t be able to climb for another month probably.
- I am still stuffing myself multiple times a week sometimes.
- I haven’t ridden more than 10-20 miles in a day all year (vs. I was doing 30-60 on some days last year).
- I’m still listening to weight gain/eating encouragement hypnosis occasionally.
- I still wake up every morning thinking about getting to 200lbs.. 220lbs… 250- 280lbs…
- I still can’t stop thinking about becoming your favorite pillow, bean bag chair, throne of fat.
I’m still talking about all my bike packing trips though… about how I’m going to get back in the gym this week…
I’ve got my running shoes by the door ready to go. I carbo loaded last night to run today. I had two double cheeseburgers with fries each, a chocolate milkshake and three cans of Coke. I haven’t run yet, but it’s only 2:30 in the afternoon, there’s still time today.
