VANILLA’S SHIFTING CLASS

Hello! Merry Christmas to those of you that celebrate it! I hope you’re having a good day. In this post I’m going to be giving information about Vanilla Love’s from Amino, shifting class(But it’s actually in another reality, or if you manifest it in this reality your seeing extraversal content. Yup. Content from another reality.)

By the time that the post about Vanilla’s Shifting Class was posted on amino, she had already respawned, she sent her friend/plurality Gwendolyn to come to this reality and tell us what happened to her and give us information about the shifting school she was teaching at.

Vanilla permashifted because of circumstances that were going on in her life and had said she was planning on permashifting in previous posts. Her mental health wasn’t very good and she did what was best for herself.

As for what a plurality is, it’s a term in the multiverse according to Gwendolyn, so it’s really interesting that we have people from whole different realities from the multiverse come to this reality, with information we didn’t even know about. People have shifted from other realities to here which is just incredible to think about, and really humbling, like we are ONE of INFINITE realities in the multiverse, some realities don’t know we exist and never will, and some people from other realities would think our reality is absolutely crazy.

Just a really quick intro, nothing

special here. You can call my Syera

or Gwendolyn, I am 17, use she/her

pronouns and I shifted to this reality.

I am a multiverse explorer in Loves

group and one of her besties. I really

enjoy so weird and disturbing realities

like this one so I had to shift here after

Love did. She told me to tell you guys

Why did Love left the community

and later this reality?

Short answer because of her health.

She made posts here, helped where

she could but it was very draining

and fighting all your guys comfort

beliefs while teaching and being

careful enough with you, was really

really hard for her. On top of that

many things happened in Loves

personal life so not long after

leaving this community, she also

respawned as planned.

How is Love doing now?

Really great. She and Tom took

a very good break at first and are

now living in a better version of

this reality like they wanted to.

While enjoying her life, Love also

thought a lot about how she could

still help you and other people so

she opend her shifting class. But

I’ll talk about that later.

about trauma: trauma only exists in

THIS reality, it only exists HERE. How

it does not effect me in other realities.

ONTO THE ACTUAL CLASS

Sorry for yapping about Love so much at the start. I just thought it’d be really cool if more people in the community knew about her and her experiences and I thought it might add good context as this info was a part of the original post which I’ll be sending a link to the post, but just post what Gwendolyn wrote in her post here.

Vanillas Shifting Class! What is it,

how to join and other informations:

As mentioned, Love thought a lot

about how she could help you and

others in the most effective way and

ACTUALLY teaching you about “shifting”

and not the things she did here. How

Love described it: “The things I did here

are like starting to read book. I wanted

to teach you about it, the world, magic,

the characters. But I couldn’t even start,

all I ever did was teaching you how to

read”. You only know the basics of the

multiverse. And that’s really okay!

That’s exactly the reason why Love

invites all of you to join her shifting

class when you want to learn more.

You don’t even have to shift for it.

When you want to join the “Class”

you get excess to videos and streams

on platforms like youtube or whatever

you have here through intention.

It is extraversal (a term you’ll also learn

in greater detail from Love) so you can

have it in EVERY reality no matter

where you are. Here? Of course. In

your DR? Also yes. Wherever. You only

need the intention to. According to

Love you call it “manifestation” so

you can probably understand this more

than I do. Anyways, how do you join

the shifting school? The only difference

is the place. The class is extraversal,

school is a reality itself. You just have

to shift there, that’s all. But what is

better? Join the class if you just want

to learn more stuff. Join the school if

you want to practice exploring and

studying of the multiverse. Love and

many of her friends teach very

individually in school, how you can

do what, instead of just theory.

In both you’ll learn about things

like layers in general as much as about

the different types, you’ll learn about

doubles, plurality and a lot of structure

through the multiverse. Every Thursday

and Saturday she streams so you

can ask everything, she talk about

her experience and you guys plan

together what you want to learn next.

At the moment around 750.000

people already attend her class from

realities all over the multiverse and

in the school also has 5.000 students.

Just use your intention to receive

extraversal content if you want to stay

here, or shift to Loves version of this

reality if you want it to be interversal.

Are there any rules to attend?

Basically yes but also basically no.

Besides the obvious be nice etc

it is really important to NOT carry

all of your comfort beliefs with you

f.e “feelings/thoughts are important”

such bullshit is the reason Love was

in such a bad condition at the end.

Of course you can ask if xy is true

but especially in the shifting school

with 120 teachers, all experienced

multiverse explorer, you are there

to learn, not to discuss. In this

reality, this community its normal

that many people don’t want to

listen or are really bad in leaving

their comfort zone, completely okay

but there, you do not have to think

about science, methods, whatever

messed up stuff you else created.

You are there and you learn from

probably the most experienced

“human like” group of people you

could find, people that have been to

thousands of realities, lived millions

of years, you do not talk about some

“blockages” nonsense with them.

But you’ll find that out yourself

rather quickly there because you

join a very chaotic group of creatures.

What happens once you joined?

Class version: You get something

like a “newsletter” as introduction.

You can find many important things

there like a description of the teachers

(for you most probably Love), a

timetable when what videos get

uploaded, what you can learn, of

course a few rules to follow and how

to decorate your profile.

School version: You get greeted by

the welcomes committee, you talk

about important stuff like “do you

stay here or leave after a school day”

“who do you know” (Love), “what

are you interested in” and such

things. And then you meet the teacher.

It’s not like a regular “school” where

you just stay. Compared to this age

range here, all the teachers are

between 14 and 30, and you also

don’t have weird stuff. Most of the

time you shift around and maybe sleep

at school. So you don’t stay in one

reality longer than probably 1 week

LUCID DREAM REALITY SHIFTING METHOD(LOVE'S VERSION)

TW: THIS METHOD MIGHT TRIGGER PEOPLE STRUGGLING WITH DEREALIZATION, DEPERSONALIZATION, and DISASSOCIATION DISORDERS, PLEASE DO NOT READ IF YOU DO, YOUR MENTAL HEALTH IS IMPORTANT

Hello everyone and welcome to this post! I hope you are having a good day! Now you probably read the title of the post and wondered "Lucid dreaming method, Love's version?" Yes. This isn't the conventional lucid dream reality shifting in which you first induce a lucid dream, and then shift through the lucid dream to your desired reality/waiting room. In fact this method wasn't made in this reality concept at all, it does not originate from this reality.

It was first introduced by Vanilla Love from Amino, Love was a master shifter who had been to thousands of realities, and lived hundreds of thousands of years and even more. She was also a Deity/Goddess(Remember this is the multiverse where infinite realities exist and infinite people exist, people from that amino, and even her own friend Gwendolyn confirmed this fact. Logic does not exist, and anything can be real or possible. So don't come to the comments saying "No one can be Deities it's not possible!" Or start mentioning your personal beliefs, please be respectful and remember that the things you've learnt and believe in this reality do not apply to the entire multiverse.

Moving back to Love, this method was introduced to her by her friend Elenory from another reality, that's similar to this one but more "evolved" humans stopped having mental illnesses, developed a brain structure that wasn't overcritical or self damaging, and no unwanted pregnancies. The shifting community in that reality is also apparently very different. Here we are focused on the how and why of shifting and there they are just focused on how they are supposed to tolerate the 3D. In that reality it's "Work smarter not harder" quoted that from Love, so they invented that method.

THE METHOD ITSELF

It has nothing to do with sleeping or dreaming actually, not in that sense. All you have to do is go to your script and just write "This reality was all just a lucid dream" and then you live as if your current reality is just a lucid dream. Everything you are seeing is a lucid dream, and nothing is real, you are actually sleeping and already in your dr/wr and just dreaming currently.

You can wake up from your "lucid dream" whenever you want, to your dr/wr. This method might be good for people who are tired of conventional methods like "Julia Method" "Raven method" "Alice in wonderland method" you can still be doing something, but start to "detach yourself from this reality.

This can help for people who are going through rough circumstances in their lives, at the end of the day its just a lucid dream, and you'll wake up to the life of your dreams, so just take deep breaths, its okay, your already home and you'll wake up from this nightmare when you want. You’ll start to manifest very fast because it’s just a lucid dream, and you’ll start to “detach” from the bad things that happen in this reality because “who cares it’s just a dream, I’m gonna wake up from this crazy dream dream anyway."

This method was originally designed for permashifters, so they would be able to deal with their circumstances, and find comfort in the fact that everything they were experiencing was just a dream. Of course people who aren't permashifters/respawners can use it as well if they comfortable.

Here are some affirmations

-This reality is just a lucid dream

-I am lucid dreaming

-This can't be real

-This is just a dream, I manifest instantly

-This reality is just a lucid dream, I'm already in my Dr/WR

-I am sleeping in my DR/WR.

CONCLUSION

Again, hopefully if you are someone who struggles with any derealization, depersonalization, or disassociation disorders you heeded the trigger warning, if you do suffer from these disorders and have still read this far, just please be very careful, take care of yourself and put your mental health first, don't use a method or technique that could trigger you okay? Please. Anyway, I post this on Christmas Eve! Have happy holidays you guys and enjoy it with your family, friends, significant others, by yourself, your pets, neighbours, or with whoever! :)

P.S: Please always just be open-minded within the shifting community. I know that leaving comfort beliefs is hard believe me, I've had a four year long journey of doing exactly that. Anything can exist in the multiverse, and please just be respectful, just because something is the norm in this reality doesn't mean it affects another reality, and doesn't mean the beliefs of this reality are the "ultimate laws" that apply to other realities, and the "laws" which every reality must go by. For example, "Gravity exists" etc.

Hello everyone! These are just my thoughts and opinions, this post isn’t meant to offend anyone but I just want to spread more awareness to occurrences that are very normalized in the shifting/manifesting community.

PLEASE TRY AND BE MORE INCLUSIVE WITHIN THE SHIFTING/MANIFESTING COMMUNITY

I've noticed so many times how a lot of the posts about shifting/law of assumption seem to always assume the gender of the reader as a girl/woman.

Yes I am fully aware that the shifting/law of assumption community is majorly female, I am a cisgender girl myself, and when you're apart of a particularly female dominant community it's easy to forget that there are people of other genders, or maybe people of your same gender that might not fit the mould you perceive.

Then moving on to SP manifestation posts, a good majority of the posts assume that the SP you are trying to manifest(romantically) is a man/male identifying, and then they also assume the gender of the reader as a girl/woman.

I don't often see any manifestation posts talking about a girl manifesting a Female SP, or a boy manifesting a Male SP. People of other sexualities/romantic orientations exist within this community.

I would have less of a problem if the posts specifically said "How to manifest your dream boyfriend" but I've seen posts that just give a general "How to manifest your SP" then proceed to assume that it's a male.

Imagine you are a girl who is a sapphic(female attracted girl/woman) reading a post about law of assumption that is talking about how to manifest your dream person, and then halfway through the poster immediately starts describing your SP as a male.

Like obviously you can use the manifesting advice to manifest your SP, but at the same time why do you assume that it is a male someone is trying to manifest?

Why can't some people just be inclusive with their language. It's already not good that everyone assumes everyone who reads the post is a female, but it's also not good that they assume that everyone is straight either.

Yes cisgender/straight girls exist in this community and they are a majority, but there are also Bisexual Girls, Omnisexual Girls, Demigirls, Trans Girls, Pansexual Girls, Transboys, Non-binary people, Enbies, Demiboys, Lesbian Girls, Gay Boys, Bisexual Boys, Pansexual Boys.

There are more Queer people in this community than you know, so please be mindful of that.

I'm not saying that you have to fully name every community but when making a romantic scenario's to script post that's GENERAL(where you don't specify the SP is a particular gender) Just use gender neutral terms like S/O, and refer to them as "they" because you don't know the gender of someone's SO/SP.

I literally saw a LoAss post on romantic scenarios to script in your dr, the creator did not specify the gender, and when I went through them, all of them were straight couples.

Listen if you wanna make romantic scenarios for straight couples to script go ahead, but label it as that first.

Just writing in the title "SCENARIOS TO SCRIPT FOR YOUR DR BOYFRIEND" instead of "SCENARIOS TO SCRIPT OF YOU AND YOUR DR S/O" will be way less misleading, cause with using a title like the latter, you are implying you are not assuming the gender of someone's S/O.

Yet they then proceed to only script straight scenarios with using that title, then it honestly just makes me wonder why they didn't just specify "DR boyfriend."

This community also needs to realise that non-binary/enby people genuinely do exist, which is another reason why why inclusive language is extremely important. Not everyone fits the mould of what you perceive to be the norm is.

Shifting is for everyone, everyone no matter what their gender is, everyone should be welcomed into the shifting community and more of an effort should be made to be more inclusive.

Personally I’ve seen less of this in the shifting community and far more in the LoAss community.

Now my closing message will be this. I fully understand that a lot of people are not fully educated on a lot of topics regarding the Queer community, and that is okay.

I do not expect everyone to suddenly just change overnight, however I just want people to be aware of this.

I have seen Queer people express their discomfort about the lack of inclusivity in certain posts, and how they sometimes feel left out because of general posts that don't specify their target audiences in the titles.

Many Queer people are uncomfortable with this. Please make an effort to be more inclusive within the shifting/LoAss community.

I'm not saying this to offend anyone, or shame anyone, I'm just politely asking for people to be aware of the diversity of the readers that read your posts, and be more inclusive towards people, and use more inclusive language.

The shifting/manifestation community is about embracing the fact that we are limitless and absolutely have no limitations, so please embrace the fact that there are so many diverse people here.

I know it might not always be easy, but please just try. That's all we ask.

A friendly reminder that you can never fail to shift, what you consider “failing” to shift is really just your 3D not conforming fast enough. In the 4D you have shifted instantly.

Remember the 4D is the real reality, you manifest instantly on the 4D, you shift instantly on the 4D and as it is the real reality you have shifted. Remember.

The 3D is NOT the real reality. It is merely a computer screen while the 4D is the inner workings of the computer, the screen cannot function without the inner layers.

Your computer screen may lag, but that does not mean that the inner workings/codings are not doing their job, you just cannot see it. Your 3D not conforming to being in your desired reality does not equal you “failing” shifting.

Just take deep breaths and relax, you’ve got this, take care of yourself, I know it can be hard to ignore the 3D, if you can’t ignore it don’t, that might not be healthy on it for a lot of people.

But don’t focus too much on it as it does not have control of you and never has, you can always leave it, no matter how long it takes in your eyes.

The 4D is the real reality, and you are in your desired reality/waiting room even if you can’t see it or feel like it. You are always that version of yourself, because you are everything everywhere all at once.

PAST LIVES, DEATH, AND AFTERLIFE IN THE MULTIVERSE

Hello! Hi! In this post, I’ll be putting Vanilla Love(from Amino) full post on this as she explains this extremely well and talks about her own experiences with things like this as well.

I know some people here are kind of iffy about amino, but Vanilla was a very sweet person with very eye opening posts and experiences with shifting, which makes sense as she’s been to thousands of realities in the multiverse, and literally has a shifting class(which I will be making a post on, you can actually manifest/intend to access her content in this reality, or shift to her “school” where she and a bunch of other teachers teach about shifting, and get to know more about things like “pluralities” you know what that is in the multiverse? No? Maybe you might wanna go :), or manifest it here.

I know everyone here has different beliefs but in the shifting community it’s important to be respectful and be open minded. Now without further ado, here we go.

in this post i'll talk about some stuff that is pretty

unknown here - death and afterlife's in the multiverse.

i. intro

here will i go into deep detail about everything that

happens "after the life" of a person. the "note" part

is extremely important as much as the other

explanation's in the different points you'll read, so

please read careful and ask every question you have

in the comments! i'll frequently link other posts of

mine because they contain information's about

"awareness", "reality concepts" or other topic's

that are too complex for a short note

please keep in mind that all these things are the

experience from me and several other multiverse

explorer. i already died around 50-100 times and

went to way over 200+ afterlife's in all kinds of

reality concepts. of course it always differs in

realities but some basic things are always the same

f.e. the root of an afterlife, it's purpose in a reality

concept, but also that these are the "most common"

things people experience. everything you read in this

post also exists as the complete opposite in the

multiverse, but that doesn't mean people like or

choose to experience them as often. this post is

there to take away worries do you can be for sure,

death is nothing scary and never an end.

let's talk about death. the end of a life. but really?

no, actually not. a lot of things happen but even

they are not ultimate. death itself is not ultimate.

there are as many realities where death exists as there

are some where it doesn't. in fact, the topic "death"

around the multiverse is very critical. as we know,

negative things like anger, worries, doubts, fear, pain,

jealousy, and all these things are not natural. they are

mostly (in this reality concept) a product of [being

human|http://aminoapps.com/p/x611fg] and our subconscious mind always tries its

best to keep them away from us. but still they are part

of some reality concepts. often the ones the

mainstream (not all) of awarenesses avoid. it's the same

with death. an awareness is not made to be gone. so

there are people saying that death is a terrible part

of the multiverse and there are people saying that death

is, like the concept of "identity", a nice extra in some

realities. whatever party you choose, completely valid.

what happens

now we start with the most important question;

what happens when we die? what does that mean?

we die, or at least our "life body". the body that

breaths, drinks, eats, moves, during our life time. it

can die many ways, because we got too old, an injury,

accidents, you know what i mean. the most popular

way is this one:

- you die at some point, there is a moment

   where you 100% will not longer live

- this moment can be triggered by many causes

   but whatever it is, the same thing happens

- BEFORE your life body dies, you automatically

   spawn in an afterlife*

- that means you don't feel it, you do not suffer,

   when you at the point where you won't live anymore,

   you'll just pop up there in your "afterlife body"*

- the rest depends on the reality concept and

   afterlife itself

this way makes it possible for you to experience a life,

experience a death, experience an afterlife, without

worrying about such stuff. when you get hit by a car

and would suffer for the next 4 hours? you are already

in an afterlife/gone before the car even touched you.

when you are really, really sick, and would definitely

die at some point? individual, some wanna experience

it (because of f.e. loved ones) till a few hours before

they die, some do not want that, and some do without

actually "being in their physical body" - that means

that you can talk, think, feel, interact with everything

but the sick, physical body can not effect you.

it will exactly that happen what you want, remember;

your reality, your rules. but what happens after it?

*individual alternative

where do i go

that is really individual. there is no "ultimate"

afterlife and no "ultimate" even after you die. it

basically happens whatever you want. many here are

afraid of "not being able to shift" in an afterlife.

but do you know what? theoretically it is even easier

than here in this reality, in this life, because there

is nothing that can influence you. no physical

circumstances, nothing. you'll shift from there exactly

like in the rest of the multiverse, 100% instantly. so

now that we cleared this up, what are your opinions?

1. you die and just shift to the reality of your desire

(NOT respawning). you don't have to spawn in an

afterlife, you can also just spawn in your dr, or

wherever you want. there are no limits. you can also

say you wanna leave the 3d alias entering the void.

completely possible.

2. you spawn in an afterlife. do not worry about

stuff you don't want there. i'll talk more about this

point later but when you don't want specific creatures

or circumstances there, they will not be there. but

what kinds of afterlife's can you spawn in? the most

common in this reality are religious ones (only when you

are religious, so you won't be there unintended) or the

astral plane (i do know that it is more complex but

that's it, the astral plane is just a bigger afterlife

nothing more).

besides these two options you can always choose

anything else. you just want to be in a pretty paradise?

you'll be there. you want certain circumstances removed

from things you already know f.e. "heaven-hell" but

everyone is super nice, of course you can have it!

there are no limits.

but what can you do there? basically everything. chill,

explore, meet others. and now we are at our actual

point. what is the root of an afterlife? really easy, it

is just like a lobby. you know the online games where

you play and after every round you come back to the

lobby? that is exactly an afterlife. with the little

difference that there are infinite ones you can choose

from. in a lobby you can completely decide where you

want go. live the same life again/with certain changes?

do it! want to shift to your next life? do it! just

shift to your wr? do it! visit over afterlife's? i think

you know the answer sweetie-

as you can see, an afterlife is basically just a huge,

fun place. nothing more. nothing dangerous. nothing

scary. just a bit adventurous depending on where you

are exactly.

what is there

but what is there now? a lot. whatever you want.

the most popular things here are probably god's,

demon's, angel's, dragon's, and spirit's. but none of

these creatures is something to worry about. remember

when i said "as we know, negative things like anger,

worries, doubts, fear, pain, jealousy, and all these

things are not natural." this also applies there. no

species is naturally evil or negative. no demon is

naturally evil or negative.

when i f.e. talk about god's, i like to use this example:

they are just a species, like dog's and bee's are animals.

very different but still the some in the root.

so yes, of course a demon and a human are very

different, but they are just species, like god's, like

angel's, like unicorn's. nothing special at all. totally

equal. if you want them to be evil (NOT assuming,

genuinely wanting) they are. if you don't want it,

they won't. that is a very easy rule for everything.

you want heaven but only with greek god's? this is

exactly as valid and totally equal to everything else.

an afterlife is as customizable as the reality itself,

that means 100%. you don't have to plan everything

in great detail, let it surprise you, there will never

ever be something you don't want around.

iv. past life's

let's have a last talk about past lifes. will you

remember them there? what can you find out? what

if there's something you don't want? what if you are

a completely different person? that is really really

easy to answer: you have not a specific "past life".

reality is 100% customizable. past, present, future.

you control it all. there is simply no truth, no

beginning, no ending in the multiverse.

it is exactly the same as comfort version's. yes,

there can be something you like the most, or feel the

most connected to, but it is still never the "truth"

because it doesn't exists. or let's put it the other way:

EVERYTHING is the truth. if you want, that your past

life was in hogwarts, it is TRUE, 100%. if you spawn

in an afterlife and want to remember every single one

of your "part lifes", then you'll remember your life

in hogwarts. you can fully customize your past. even

this one. f.e: you want to remember this life

differently, certain things, everything, no matter

what. and you spawn in the afterlife, or you shift, or

whatever you want to, then you'll exactly remember

that version of this life that you want to remember.

this is then 100% real, 100% happend like this. there

are no limits. absolutely none, never.

MY TAKE

I hope that everyone enjoyed reading the post, I personally found that post to be very enlightening, and one of the pivotal things that changed my worldview on shifting and made me question many things I learned in this reality as a whole. Vanilla is not the only shifter that has gone around thousands of realities in the multiverse, we even know people on tumblr that came from different realities. I’m pretty sure the person permashifted but they came from a sort of primal hunting DR and shifted here.

The multiverse does exist. Has existed. And will always existed. The things that we have learnt in this reality also developed due to circumstances that were so messed up that humans created many beliefs to cope with the unknown, all humans in this world have their different truths, so many different beliefs all around the world, so many explanations, so fascinating and incredible that humans went to all of these lengths to come to a truth that they barely even knew anything about.

Now as shifters we’ve come to understand the “truth.” No reality is the “ultimate” and anything is real. Every reality is different, every reality functions differently and every reality is valid. As awarenesses, we don’t even know how we truly came about, we have no beginning, nor end, we are infinite, and have always been infinite, we simply just are. We are not bound to anything. Anything and everything exists all at once.

I know how scary it can be to leave beliefs that you’ve known and grown up with and to accept something as colossal and mind boggling as the multiverse, even know I still ponder infinity, the fact that there is no end for us. We can never be gone, no matter what. Even when our physical forms are gone, we are still there, we can still choose to live new lives. We can always choose. We have always chosen. We choose to accept certain beliefs and allow them into our realities, it has always been our choice, the things we believe in that can affect our reality have always been our choice and acceptance to allow these things to exist in our reality.

THE TRUTH ABOUT SHIFTING

Hello everyone and welcome to this post! This will be about the “truth” behind shifting and is it as easy as everyone says, the phrase “shifting is easy” has gotten rather controversial in the community from what I’m noticing lately. I will also be talking about the human brain and the role that plays in our shifting journey.

IS SHIFTING HARD OR EASY?

As a human being in this reality, with developing human brains(I assume most people here are teenagers + young adults 20-24) grasping the concept of shifting can be hard. We doubt and overthink all the time which is normal, that just comes with being human HERE. Now let’s get into the perspective of someone who is in a bad mental state, has hard circumstances and has tried to shift for 2+ years, but their awareness has still not shifted to their DR. They read everyday about how they need to suck it up and get their lives together to shift and how it’s their fault for not having shifted yet.

That can be really demotivating and even harmful to a person, one aspect often forgotten in the shifting community is yes we are limitless, we are infinite beings, but in our current circumstances we are humans here in this reality born with human brains surrounded by a toxic society. Not shifting yet is not anyone’s fault. And at the same time, shifting itself it’s easy as hard as that may be for some people to absorb, it is easy. You are always shifting your reality, you have manifested little things before, shifting is the same as that, but because it’s on a “higher level” is why we have the illusion that it is hard. Yes you not shifting is not your fault, but yes it is also easy and simple because you are always doing it. Saying that “shifting is hard” doesn’t make sense because you are always doing it, sometimes unconsciously and consciously. Even the tiniest manifestation is still shifting realities. Shifting realities = Simply shifting your awareness to another reality that is all that it is. Blaming people and phrasing it as “tough love” wont solve anything and might just send someone spiraling more, while on the other hand it could help someone out. Everyone is different so please be careful with your words.

I’ll say this now. It’s not your fault your mental health is bad. It’s not your fault your circumstances are horrible. It’s not your fault you haven’t manifested your dream life yet. It’s not your fault you haven’t entered the void yet. It’s not your fault you have shifted to your DR/WR yet. It’s not your fault. You have continued persisting in the belief that you can make a change for yourself even despite growing up hearing all the limiting beliefs of this reality and being born with a brain that absorbs things easily. Shifting is not hard and it’s never been hard, you have been doing it all your life. Now some can argue “shifting to your desired reality is harder because it appears less possible” and that is thanks to the human brain. Both sides are right in their own way. Not shifting realities is not your fault, and shifting realities is easy.” The reason some believe it to be hard and struggle is because of our wonderful human brain. Shifting realities is seen as hard because of the way that our human brain perceives things that we deem as illogical + the wonderful world of human society. Also someone with a very bad mental state could perceive shifting as very hard, while someone with a better mental state could perceive it as very easy.

When we perceive these two sides as these, technically they are both right. The side that believes shifting is hard is technically right ONLY because of the things we went through in this reality. The way that our brains are programmed in THIS reality, and the circumstances we go through in THIS reality. And the fact that many people’s mental states might not be the best which also contributes to the factor of seeing reality shifting as hard. The side that believes shifting is easy is right because we shift every second of the day, every blink, thought, decision we make is shifting. It is something we do every single moment of the day and something that we can never ever stop doing no matter what, while it may seem that shifting to our desired realities is harder than shifting to a reality where we have a waterbottle of a different color, it is exactly the same BUT thanks to our human brain and societal conditioning we see it as way harder, when in fact it is the exact same and just as easy, I think we are sensing a pattern now.

So we can now conclude with this.

Shifting realities IS easy, but it can also be perceived as hard by some due to our human brain, and what we have learnt and have been taught to by us from a young age. Be patient with yourself, it can be hard to unlearn everything we have learnt from this reality. Take care of yourself and your mental health, and take it easy. You are a master shifter and this is your journey to relearn that fact, it might take someone a month, it might take another person four years. Focus on yourself only, and be patient with yourself.

THE ROLE THE 3D PLAYS IN ALL THIS

As we know when we shift, no matter what, all we have to do is desire to shift and boom we instantly shift in our 4D we are in our DR, however our 3D may not reflect that. There's a reason why some have shifted on their first try and others have shifted after 4+ years, that’s all because of how different everyone’s 3D’s are. I’ve already talked about the whole 3D and 4D concept in my previous posts. I remember how I’d always do those “manifest in certain timeframe” challenges, but I’d never see results in the 3D, partially because I did waver and paid too much attention to if I’d actually get my results by my specific date which was probably the issue. I noticed that when I focused on having it in the 4D it would work. I’ve manifested getting pastries, doing fun stuff for class, and not having to a do a certain club on that exact same day, all I did was accept that it was done, this has almost always worked for me. These “small” manifestations have almost always worked for me on the exact same day. I believe that this has a lot to do with not acknowledging the 3D, and when I say “not acknowledge the 3D” I don’t mean completely ignore it, no, I mean acknowledge the fact that it has no power over you, and that your 4D is your real reality and no matter what, it is done. You are a master shifter. You are in your desired reality. Even if your 3D doesn’t reflect that, it is the truth. The physical world has not and can not control you, that is just the truth. I feel as if the reason that a lot of people manifest faster under Law of Assumption is because it focuses on the 4D, knowing that you have what you want in your 4D, and knowing that your 3D will eventually always have to reflect your 4D is what does it. So please don’t be discouraged if you don’t manifest your desires or shift, you are an infinitely powerful being, the 3D reality does not matter, only the 4D matters, the 3D reality will always have to conform to you no matter what. So just take it easy, take deep breaths, take care of your mental health and wellbeing. Here are a few affirmations for you to help feel better and take back your power

The 3D has no power over me

I am the one in control of my reality

The 3D always conforms to me

I already have what I desire

My 3D has no choice but to conform to my desires

I am in my desired reality no matter what

I acknowledge the 3D exists but I know my 4D is the real reality.

You can scream, cry and throw up do what you need to. Take breaks, take care of yourself, your mental and physical wellbeing is extremely important. But never forget that no matter how hard your circumstances are, or how much power you think your 3D has, or how hard you think it is to manifest or shift, focus on the 4D. Don’t ignore the 3D, acknowledge it, but acknowledge that your 4D is the real reality and you have what you desire right now. You are in your desired reality right now. You always shift realities instantly and effortlessly, just because your 3D does not show that, does not mean that is not the truth. Shifting is a multiversal law, you are always operating under it, it is the easiest thing for you to do, that is just the truth, because every time you blink you shift, you are NEVER not shifting. Shifting is not a skill, it is not a practice, it is what makes the multiverse the multiverse. Shifting is the reason that we exist. It is the reason the multiverse exists, without it there would be no multiverse.

On the 3D plane we are always bound to shifting no matter what. People can say that “But it is a skill and practice because the more you do it the better you get at it” That might seem like it’s the case, but it’s only because it appears to be that way, the more you shift, the more you ACCEPT that shifting was easy all along, you accept it because you have done it so many times before that just becomes second nature, and that’s just how our human brains work, we view something as easy the more we’ve done it. Take something like chewing for example. I’m sure as little babies we probably thought that chewing hard food wasn’t easy and opted to just swallow it, but now we are older and chewing food is second nature to us. It has always been easy, but we did not see it that way as little babies because it was something huge to us. That’s similar to shifting.

SOCIETAL CONDITIONING AND HUMAN BRAIN

Shifting to your desired reality seems hard because it appears as something huge and big to our human brain, when in actuality it’s just as easy as us manifesting seeing angel numbers, the human brain is known for creating illusions at time, it’s just how humans developed and were able to survive here in this reality, and while some say “the human brain was never meant to understand illogical things like the multiverse so don’t worry about it” that’s not true. Because as little children, we believed everything was possible, at five we thought things like leprechauns and unicorns and anything could be real and we still had a human brain didn’t we? If you explained the concept of a multiverse to a five year old versus a fifty year old, I can guarantee the five year old would believe it more easily, and be more able to comprehend such a thing as the multiverse than the fifty year old would.

The reason is because the five year old is young and has had little conditioning from the society around them, meanwhile a fifty year old has had plenty of societal conditioning as to how the world “works” that’s why young children easily believe things because in their minds anything is possible and anything can be true. That’s actually the mindset we are supposed to have. It’s our natural mindset to believe in the “impossible” and that anything can happen, it’s not natural for us to constantly be doubting things and asking for “proof” but that is something we have conditioned ourselves to believe in because that’s how we were raised. It’s easy for us to say that our brains were not meant to comprehend such those when that couldn’t be further from the truth, we have always been able to comprehend these things, but as we grew older we lost our natural state and started developing doubts and habits of overthinking, which makes us to skeptical when it comes to things like the multiverse, manifesting, and reality shifting.

Moving on to methods. We don’t need methods to shift never did. We don’t even need intention to shift. People have shifted on accident on multiple occasions, the only thing we’ve ever needed to shift is just a small tiny desire to, and our subconscious will take care of everything for us. It is always looking out for us, it is the real mastermind behind the reason as to why we shift. It deserves a lot more credit than just being seen as “Gullible part of you that will believe everything you tell it, and you could even possibly ruin your life if you constantly feed it negative thoughts” seriously it deserves WAY better than that.

It’s always there with you, and it’s always been there with you since day one, and it’ll be with you for the rest of eternity. You can hate it and view it as stupid but it will always love and care for you, and be the most intelligent part of you. If you use methods because that’s what you’re comfortable with then that’s wonderful for you! If you use manifestation because that’s what you are comfortable with then good for you. If you shift using the void state because that’s what you are comfortable with then good for you! For me personally, I like using a combination of Law of assumption to shift with a method, just a simple one like the Julia Method, I also like to affirm that I’m a master shifter and shift realities instantly and effortlessly which I am, WE ALL ARE.

CONCLUSION

Shifting is a multiversal law that we are always under and operating under no matter what. Shifting realities is easy AND simple. We are all masters at shifting realities, the only reason you don’t see that is because of various factors which could be mental health, and everything we’ve been taught to believe in this reality + our human brains. Take care of yourself, and be patient with yourself. If you feel like crying cry, it’s not your fault you are dealing with your current circumstances, just know you are not stuck like this, and you can leave whenever you’d like, even if the 3D takes time to adjust to your 4D, you have shifted, you are in your desired reality.
