Pulse and Push
Frequency movements of pulse and push that permit a parallel shift are contained within this lifes breathwork. Warm shivers radiate and travel across my cheeks and down to the nape of my neck, as this sacred ritual begins. Can you feel the warmth of my breath as I push this pure energy towards your direction?
