i totally understand what you mean! i have the same tendencies as well whenever i made poems and whatnot for my orgs in the past. but at the end, i just feel like it’s us nitpicking our own work? like of course there will always be ways to improve in our craft, however i also think it’s really important to learn when to stop revising (?) If that makes sense GAHSHAHSH i had this issue before where i turned in my work late bc i wanted to “perfect it” but sometimes it still doesn’t feel good like how you said you felt that the execution wasn’t it (but i really think you’re doing amazing) but i kinda learned that i’ll always have ways to improve in the future anyways so even if i have minor issues here n there, i can learn from them n u can also see how much u’ve progressed in the future ! :D
sorry this was so long HAHAHQHHS point is i really love your work and i really love your execution <3 ofc it all depends on your personal satisfaction how much u wanna rewrite it but i hope u remember that there’s always someone (me n ur readers! :>) who’re always here to tell u that u did a great job :>
you’re literally so sweet what the fuck🥺 i think you’re right, everyone tends to be their own worst critic no matter how good others say things are. i’m really glad that you guys like what i put out, even if i’m not super confident with it. anyway you’re the sweetest person alive and ily and i love long asks so don’t apologize 😡
