the Love series, vol. 2, chapter 8(?) Been MIA- again 😅 The blog went a bit haywire and it took me a bit to get it back up and running. The belated love of the day is the “love of places.” Closely associated with topophilia, which is defined as “the affective bond with one’s environment—a person’s mental, emotional, and cognitive ties to a place,” the love for the places we spend our time is a special kind of love. Today’s song of the day is one that I listened to so many times while I was in Japan. It was the perfect soundtrack to traveling across the country and taking in so many new sights. Many of my favorite places and best memories were made there, and I hope to return again someday. “Katawaredoki” by RADWIMPS.
