Three years ago, I started a blog.

It was called Love on a Longboard.  

And it's true, that was my first real love in a while.  

I got a dog, too.  The same week as I got my first-ever skateboard, and I was so lucky, because I fell in love twice in one week.  

I've written a couple hundred thousand words on loveonalongboard.tumblr.com, but it's been feeling very stale lately.  

My words stopped writing themselves about the time I moved into a minivan with my ex boyfriend.  Some time later, it turned into mostly instagram posts.  Which is cool for me, but I already can see my instagram. (@therealdaisy)

Anyway, I'm here, I'm back, and I'm inspired to write, with a new sport to try.

Snowboarding.

New boyfriend, too. Zack Attack.

No dog, she died.  (RIP Bella Fitzgerald.)  I keep her ashes in a tiny urn with a paw print on it.

And, erm, I got two new hula hoops, too.  Exchanged my big one (which is pretty small) for two minis with a friend in Lake Tahoe.  They are much easier to travel with, something I seem to do often, though I'm not always planning it.

We are moving to the mountains.  

Let it storm.
