The Lover Promo Project

Hello everyone :)

We (Aurélie aka @taylorswiftz and Alex aka @bireputations) thought it would be awesome if we as a fandom could show Taylor our support (especially after everything that happened in the past few weeks) by making Lover a huge success and by showing her how many people from all over the world love and support her in a way that would not include buying several copies of the album.

So we came up with the idea of the Lover Promo Project. The idea behind it is that fans from all around the globe could promote Lover by handing out flyers or leaving them at public spaces to get people to stream or buy Taylor’s album. 

How to participate:

Download either all flyers or the flyers of your choice (download links are under read more)

Print them out (you can either print out the A4 pages we have made that include four flyers each OR print out individual flyers) using your printer at home or school/college/university/workplace or if you want to be extra you could get one or several designs printed out professionally (prices start at 10€ for 1000 flyers)

Think about places in your town at which leaving or handing out flyers would make sense: good places to hand out flyers would be your school or college (you could pass them around during class rather than handing them out) or you can leave them on seats or tables in public transportations (trains, busses, trams, etc) or leave them in public restrooms (e.g. in malls or cinemas). You could also ask if you could leave some in cafés or bars for people to take with them. Please make sure that you ask permission first and that you are not getting yourself in trouble! Also please choose the places you will leave them at wisely and think about the environment and the people that might have to pick them up in cases of no one taking them.

IF YOU WANT TO you can take a photo of you and the flyers at the places you left them. You can obviously also participate in the project without taking photos of yourself. If it would make you more comfortable you could take a photo of your hand holding up the flyer instead. While it would be extremely cool to see you guys with the flyers in front of landmarks or famous spots in your town or country, remember that this would give away your location to strangers on the internet. Also if you are a minor please consider talking to your parents about posting photos of yourself first!
