OH YAH the reason why Rue collects and keeps rocks in his pocket is cuz, yknow he's a rock. He also loves Loveula and being around him. So he just assumes EVERY rock is like that, so he keeps rocks in his pocket so that they can be with Loveula as well.
He knows fully well that rocks have no feelings (from before he became an immortal) but I imagine he just wants to,, "share the experience" of being around Loveula!!! Like he wants to express how much he loves Loveula but he has troubles expressing himself, so he just "shares" how it feels with other rocks.
