It had been a grueling couple of days in the camp, and Abby was very busy. There were a bunch of injured people who all insisted they required urgent medical attention. She was still getting used to this. Ever since she’d asked Lexa if she could join the Grounders whilst awaiting news of Clarke, she’d practically been a celebrity. Nyko had handled it in stride, finding it more funny than anything else, but Abby was a bit overwhelmed. Still, between the training and her duties as a  healer, she’d gotten stronger, tougher, etc.

She had a brief moment of peace when, to her surprise, the Commander entered her tent. “Heda,” she murmured, “is everything okay?”
