Happy workout partner day. This day isn't until August however, one of my awesome peeps had to celebrate early. I love the ladies that I coach and I love that they are so thoughtful even though I tell them they do not need to be. So after all the mirror excitement it was time for some work. They kicked butt and I think at the end disliked me just a little. But hey they burned some calories, shredded some fat and water weight and walked out of the studio with a little wiggle in their step. 🤣😜 They EVEN googled one of the workouts because I tried to trick them. Dear Coach, So I'm a junior in high school and our prom is May 3rd. My adorable boyfriend asked me today. Someone led me up to the stage in the auditorium during lunch. While holding a bouquet, he asked me. He wrote on the card,"If you go to prom with me, I promise to make it WORTH your while." I of course said yes. It was soo perfect!(: Love, #8
