I was chosen to try Lovidia from a group called Tryazon.  This is an all natural supplement that will help you to curb your appetite through a combination of taking the pills and also doing what I like to call a rotational diet.  You eat regularly and then three days out of the week you eat only a third of the calories you normally would eat.  With Lovidia you are able to do this without being hungry according to the literature.  Through a Facebook group of people, approximately 300 people were chosen to participate in the study.  It has been a month now since initial trials started and there have been mixed reviews.  Some people were extremely thrilled with the product and it worked well for them.  Others had opposite effects and couldn't tell they were taking the pills and some even said the pills made them more hungry.  I honestly did not notice a difference. I was not more hungry, I was not less hungry.  I did lose 10 pounds, but I think this was more due to the fact of changing up my diet.  This is not a quick weight loss product either, you are suppose to lose 1-2 pounds basically and it is meant to help you from having cravings and over-eating, to make you fill full.  I would say if you would like to try it, it is very reasonably priced and you have nothing to lose.... but weight... so why not give it a try.
