John returned home from work to find you laying on the floor next to the fridge holding a package of turkey deli meat and eating it.
“Are you alright darling?” He asks as he bends down next to you, puzzled.
You nod with your mouth full, “yea I got dizzy, so I’m eating something with protein and stuff.” You mumble. John sighs and rubs your shoulder.
“No, I just need a minute.”

John is no stranger to you just standing in the middle of the room. So when you were doing laundry one afternoon and he was just relaxing on the couch and you're walking down the hall and just stop, he just looks over and asks, “dizzy?”
“Yea,” and 30 seconds later you're back to walking down the hall to the kitchen. “So what do you want for dinner?”
And she's off again. John thinks as you continue with your day.

John was in his home office when you waddled in tired and cold. You wrap your arms around him and put your hands down his shirt to warm them up. “Baby?”
“Hm?” He hums in response.
“Can I borrow a hoodie, I'm just so cold.”
“Of course darling, anything for my wife.”

John who is always careful after having sex. He knows you can get super lightheaded after an orgasm, especially after a good one. He’ll sit with you, give you water, and help you out of bed.

He is always feeding you and giving you water. He knows that you forgot to eat and drink water sometimes so he’ll text you at work,
Don’t forget to drink your water. I cleaned you pink cup.
I made you lunch, it’s in the fridge on the right side.
Don’t forget to eat some fruit.
And he knows you can be picky, so he’ll make iron and protein rich foods for you. Like oven roasted vegetables with some grilled fish, and chicken broccoli and rice. He’ll even get you one of those water bottles so you can track how much you drink. John loves taking care of his low iron wife.
