Ingredients: 2 cups whole wheat macaroni. 1 tablespoon olive oil. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 2 cups cauliflower florets. 1 cup low-fat milk. 1 cup low-sodium chicken or vegetable broth. 1 cup grated low-fat cheddar cheese. Salt and pepper to taste. Fresh parsley for garnish optional.
Instructions: Cook the macaroni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
