Ingredients: 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets. 1/2 cup sour cream. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 2 tablespoons butter, melted. 1 teaspoon garlic powder. Salt and pepper to taste. Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish optional.

Instructions: Preheat your oven to 375F 190C. Steam the cauliflower florets until tender, about 5-7 minutes. Drain well. In a large bowl, combine the steamed cauliflower, sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, melted butter, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well to combine. Transfer the cauliflower mixture to a greased casserole dish. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley, if desired. Serve warm and enjoy!
