Ingredients: 1 cup low-fat milk. 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth. 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 2 tablespoons cornstarch. 1 tablespoon garlic powder. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Mix milk, chicken broth, cornstarch, and garlic powder in a slow cooker until the mixture is smooth. Add grated Parmesan cheese and mix it in. Add pepper and salt to taste.
