These Keto Pumpkin Spice Crackers are a tasty fall snack that is low in carbs and full of flavor. If you're on a ketogenic diet and want something crunchy and spicy, these are the perfect foods for you.
Ingredients: 1 cup almond flour. 1/4 cup pumpkin puree. 2 tbsp powdered erythritol. 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice. 1/4 tsp salt. 1 egg.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 325F 165C and put parchment paper on a baking sheet. Mix pumpkin puree, erythritol, pumpkin pie spice, and salt in a bowl until everything is well mixed. Mix in the egg until a dough forms. Roll out the dough to about 1/8 inch thick between two pieces of parchment paper. Take off the top piece of parchment paper and place the rolled-out dough on the baking sheet that has been prepared. Cut the dough into the shapes you want with a pizza cutter or knife. Heat the oven to 150180C and bake until the edges are crisp and golden brown. Take the crackers out of the oven and let them cool completely before breaking them into pieces. Put in a container that won't let air in.
