For reference: Transience’s layout of the city. The Sub-Lower Ring (SLR) is only classified as a third section because it is generally where the Upper Ring’s (UR) surveillance is concentrated. The Lower Ring (LR) is left virtually untouched, save the occasional patrols. The Sub- and Lower Rings are divided into twelve sections each, named for each Greek alphabet.
