I went for a 2 hour long walk to make up for being at home all day, and I was able to get my steps in🙏My boyfriend brought us rootbeer float ingredients last night, but I had to turn them down because I was fasting, so we had them after lunch instead. I also have to clarify I split the berries with him!
Not super happy with how I ate yesterday🙅♂️ Boyfriend brought home a sandwich from work, and I had half. It is actually nuts how many calories were in half that sandwichI did my best to calculate how many calories it was. Anyways to make up for yesterday, I fasted all of today! I did allow myself a diet pepsi he brought from his work for me😋
