I’ve discovered that many people work their whole lives but a small majority get to be privileged to work in a company they feel honored and genuine gratitude to be a part of. For me although I’ve held different positions at different companies during my professional career, the time I’ve served at Kuwait Oil Company has filled my heart with gratitude. I remember reading somewhere the company aims to have its employees feel a sense of pride to be a part of its community and for this mother of four, I say they succeeded.
