Nate had been to this place before many times over the past year. Not really sure what brought him back to the Giant Chasm the first time after the Incident, but ever since he had made time to come over now and again, often staying for a week at a time. Most of the time it was to train, but he made sure to at least try and visit the Husk at least once each time he came over. But he didn’t want to bring anyone over since the ice dragon was..... temperamental. But! If anyone had a good chance to make a good impression, it was Rosa. Or... that’s what Nate was hoping.

“You ready, Rosa? It’s gonna get pretty cold from here.”

Valentines Date!

Today had been a very active day, Nate finally getting the chance to enjoy valentines day with someone he actually was going steady with. Honestly, he was really excited about it too, since he knew he could go all out and didn’t have worry about playing some game to get the girl he was dating to have sex with him. That was practically guaranteed. Instead, he could focus on enjoying the day... while still going all out and having fun.

Still, it was starting to get late now, and Nate and Rosa had decided to take a nice stroll after having an amazing battle-dinner in Nimbasa. Specifically, they were enjoying the park, with Nate of course taking every opportunity to challenge his girl to a variety of carnival games. Somehow it was Rosa who managed to beat him out in overall wins, 5-4, but outside from pretending to be a sore loser, he was still having fun.

Still, he couldn’t help but notice her keep eyeing the Ferris Wheel.

“Hey babe! You wanna ride the Ferris Wheel? We could make out at the top!”

Nate was sitting down at a nearby rock, just large enough to allow him to lean back on it without too much worry of being uncomfortable, his hands resting behind his head in a relaxed manner. He had decided to surprise her today by showing up and watching her train, though today he promised his pokemon that they’d relax for the rest of the day, since the day before was a rather intense raid on a poacher’s hideout. Still, he didn’t want to interrupt her too much, so instead took to watching the sky above while Lucario meditated not too far off.

Still, he was unusually quiet. Lost in thought over... something. That was until he broke the silence. “Hey babe?” he blurted out, his eyes now looking directly towards her (and that amazing butt of hers; just because he was now taken doesn’t mean he wasn’t a perv. It was just.... more focused).

“Ya know it’s been almost a year since we took that lil vacay in Johto.”
