This year was a hamsterful year as new furries were welcomed into the fold, including a few firsts - first dwarf hybrids (Tiger & Ari) and first Chinese hamster (Clarke). Unfortunately, there were also some goodbyes this year. Most of those goodbyes came after they had lived full lives, well into old age...but there were a few unexpected early goodbyes that were heartbreaking and confusing.
