Every storm season is made up of some really big moments like incredible tornadoes or supercell storm structures but also countless small ones. It's the small moments that always come back to you in the offseason at the most random points. On June 14, 2017, we were waiting around for the cap to break all day and when it finally did, we closed in on a LP supercell near Clinton, OK. This storm was just barely producing some severe-grade hail, but this scene at sunset as the storm withered away sticks with me. First was the banter in the car, after a long day of waiting for something to finally go we had ourselves a storm. Second was just the beautiful colors the atmosphere gave us as the storm went through its death. It's not the most successful chase we've ever had but its a memory out of countless memories of storm seasons past. These make Spring great, let's make 2020 great. #stormchasing #stormchaser #storm #stormy #badweather #stormchase #oklahoma #oklahomasky #oklahomaweather #lpsupercell #supercell #thunderstorm #thunderstormseason #stormseason #video #instaweather #stormlover #weatherphotography #weather😍 https://www.instagram.com/p/B8fHKOanOmE/?igshid=j3a61bve9y7g
