SO I DID IT here is my first video review

* The video gets consistently darker and at the end you can't even see my face so I'm REALLY SORRY but the lighting was horrible and I did everything I could.

This is a full, long review for Haven Memorial Acedemy. All opinions are my own and do not reflect what others may think about it. 

❖ First thoughts

The information seems easily accessed and even though the color scheme is a little bright for my liking I had to turn the brightness on my computer down, it's nice and works for the rp.

❖ Url

Nice and to the point and makes it clear that it's an rp. There's not really much to say about it.

❖ Description and sidebar/topbar image

The image is pretty and make it clear it's some sort of school/academy roleplay. However, you could defiantly add to the description. It's a bit lacking and is just kind of...uninteresting?

❖ Full plot

I'm a little unclear on the plot. Is this a reform academy for delinquents? Or an academy for students with mental issues? Or both? Or just for normal kids? It's not really easy to tell. You say "troubled", but that could be any number of things. Other than that, I believe it's a nice plot and the possible ghost is pretty cool.

❖ Originality

It does seem like a pretty typical roleply, but of course that isn't necessarily a bad thing. The ghost twist is a possible point of interest and is something you don't see in every academy. 

❖ Character graphics

Again, pretty typical, not very original graphics. But, they work well with your theme and color scheme. 

❖ Cannon Characters

The bios are nice and clear, no confusing information or anything out of place. Nice face claims, though most of them are pretty popular, some more diversity or underused Fc's would be a definite plus.

❖ The admins

You guys seem sweet and friendly with a good sense of humor. Great qualities for admins! Also, I love the fact you don't advertise who your characters are. 

❖ Extra information

You have tons of extra information and it's organized wonderfully! 

❖ Theme

Nice theme, tons of links for information, fits beautifully with the roleplay. 

❖ What I would change

I would probably soften up the background a bit, this is just a personal preferance, add the the side description, clarify the full plot a bit and separate the  characters into male/female as well. Other than that, I can't find anything else.

❖ Would I join?

For the sole fact that I'm not a big fan of school rps, I have enough of that in real life, I would not. If I was looking for a school roleplay, I would defiantly be interested in this one! It seems like the admins have worked hard on it and I would recommend it to anyone interested! Best wishes!

This is a full, long review for olympus reborn rp. All opinions are my own and do not reflect what others may think about it. 

❖ First thoughts

It looks clean and well put together, the colors are nice and it's easy to tell what kind of roleplay it is. 

❖ Url

Nice, short and to the point. I had to do a double take to be sure of what it said though because there is nothing breaking up the words Olympus and reborn. 

❖ Description and sidebar/topbar image

The sidebar image is nice, it helps balance out the page with the blue, but it isn't too overpowering. The description is nice, it informs me quickly of what the rp is about and doesn't have too much useless information. 

❖ Full plot

The text on this page is pretty light, I had to highlight it to read it. I also noticed a couple of grammatical errors. Other than that, I love the plot. It isn't confusing and is very interesting. It draws me in and makes me want to explore more of the roleplay. 

❖ Originality 

It seems like a typical Olympic roleplay at first, but after reading into the information, I like the twists and haven't seen or heard of a roleplay like it yet. I think it's really original and the twists from the normal God roleplays are great!

❖ Character graphics

The graphics are nice. There aren't a bunch of distracting or annoying edits put on them and the colors are very clean. I've seen the scratched/blurred/barred out eyes before and never really liked them, but I think you make it look great.

❖ Cannon Characters

I like your character bios and information. However, I don't like the fact that they aren't categorized into taken/open/female/male. It gets a bit annoying when you have to scroll through all of the characters to see which ones are open or not. You seem to have a nice variety of face claims available, some make me laugh, I'm not going to lie. You provide great information about the characters and their relationships, especially why their relationships are what they are, which I find lacking in most roleplays and everything is clear. 

❖ The admins

You guys don't have an admin page, but you seem lovely and friendly. :)

❖ Extra information

There isn't much information and you have room to add a lot more. The map is a little clustered and confusing with so much information in just paragraph format and nothing really breaking it up. But, the colors on the page are really nice and so is the image. 

❖ Theme

I've never seen this theme before, but it's nice. I think I like it more because of that. Your colors work well with the type of roleplay and everything is easily accessed, it isn't confusing.

❖ What I would change

I would change the character organization, I just feel like the theme would be better as a single characters relationship page rather than the characters of a roleplay, heck, I might just use it for one of my characters. Other than that, I would add some more extra information and at least break up the map so it doesn't seem so intimidating to read through.

❖ Would I join?

I love Olympic roleplays and I would defiantly join if the character I wanted wasn't taken! I think you have a nice little roleplay going here that can become very successful. Best wishes!

Review: The Summer Set -Jukebox (Life Goes On)

“Life goes on we got all night, if you got rock and roll you’re gonna be alright.”

Rating: 5/5 The Dawson’s Creek reference is not the only reason to like this song. Jukebox is one of the standout up tempo songs to me when listening to Legendary. The song is just about being young, free and having fun. It’s about enjoying the good things in life! With a notable chorus and a song that creates a “party” atmosphere, what’s there not to love?
